Begin at the old capital, Ano Mera with its large square, marble fountain and 16th-century Monastery of Panagia Tourliani featuring a unique icon of Holy Mary. Next, drive to some of the island's famous beaches including Elia, Kalo Livadi and Kalafatis with a stop at Agios Ioannis Beach for scenic Delos Island views. Finally, stroll the narrow alleys admiring the Cycladic architecture, whitewashed houses and beautiful windmills, with a final stop at the fish market and Matagianni Street.
