Day 1 |  United States / Lima, Peru

Enjoy your flight in to Lima, Peru and be greeted by your private guide for your relaxing transfer to JW Marriott Hotel Lima for a two-night stay. Situated within steps of the beach and Costa Verde, the hotel offers elegant guestrooms, spacious suites with ocean views, delicious Asian and Peruvian cuisine and an outdoor pool.

Day 2 |  Lima

Begin your day on the Lima City & Larco Museum Excursion. This guided excursion takes you to the most important sites in the city from the Plaza San Martin, Plaza Mayor and Government Palace to the City Hall, cathedral and art museum. Uncover the underground crypts at San Francisco Monastery, then continue through the districts of San Isidro and Miraflores. Delight in the olive trees at El Olivar Park and explore El Parque del Amor, the Peruvian Love Park. Conclude your day at the Larco Museum for an overview of Peru's ancient past.

Day 3 |  Lima / Cusco City / Sacred Valley

Savor a delectable breakfast, then transfer to the airport for your hour-long flight into Cusco City. Upon arrival, your guided day begins with the private Awanacanche Interpretation Center & Pisac Market Experience. Keeping Inca textile traditions alive, visit Awanacanche, known as the "weaving place," and learn about the four different kinds of camelids: Huanaco, Llama, Alpaca and Vicuna. Then, explore the Pisac Market to share the locals' customs, barter for goods and crafts and watch traditional weaving.
This evening, check-in to Tambo del Inka, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Valle Sagrado for a two-night stay.

Day 4 |  Sacred Valley

Embark on a full-day of exploration on the Maras Saltpans, Moray Terraces and Ollantaytambo Excursion. Inherited from generation to generation and managed communally, learn about the salt extraction process and the terraces' historical background. Conclude at the Inca fortress and citadel of Ollantaytambo, believed to have been built to protect the valley from invasions. Lunch is included a a local restaurant in the Sacred Valley.

Day 5 |  Sacred Valley / Machu Picchu

Begin the day with a scenic transfer to the train station for an amazing journey to the Inca Citadel on the Machu Picchu via Train Excursion. Along the way, enjoy the changing landscape, arriving at Aguas Calientes for a 20-minute ride to the Lost City of the Incas. Discover Machu Picchu's giant walls, terraces and ramps, then savor a delectable lunch at a local restaurant.
Upon return, check-in to Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6 |  Machu Picchu / Cusco

This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a breathtaking sunrise and stroll the town of Michu Picchu, visiting their hot springs and a second trip to explore the Citadel of Machu Picchu.
In the afternoon, you guide returns you to Cusco City to check-in to Palacio del Inka Hotel Cusco - Luxury Collection for a two-night stay. Considered a historic landmark, this five-centuries-old mansion is located in the heart of downtown Cusco. Then, enjoy your evening exploring at leisure.

Day 7 |  Cusco City

Today's discovery begins with the Ancient Landmarks City Experience. Built upon the foundations of the Inca Temple Koricancha, Cusco City is touted as the archaeological capital of South America. Stroll the cobblestone streets, delight in the ceremonial compound of Sacsayhuaman and conclude at the Inca Baths of Tambomachay. Delight in an evening at your leisure.

Day 8 |  Cusco City / Lima

Relax on the scenic transfer back to the airport for your flight in to Lima. Then, enjoy your comfortable flight home or extend your stay in Peru with some post nights at a plush resort for time to explore more of this incredible country.
