Villa Description

Ranging from one to three bedrooms, every Beach Village room or suite includes a fireplace, marble bathroom, and patio or balcony for enjoying the view. Suites also feature gourmet kitchens and living rooms, some with outdoor soaking tubs or fire pits. Cottages are located in the front row and Villas are located in the back row of buildings. Cottage accommodations labeled as beachfront are on the ground floor while oceanfront accommodations are on the second floor.

Guest Services

Beach Village offers dedicated personal concierge service throughout your stay, a private welcome experience, gated access, priority reservations across the resort, and complimentary use of beach chairs and an umbrella. Guests may also request personal shopping, party planning, VIP tours at local attractions and more. Guests received exclusive access to the Windsor Beach Club and Windsor Cottage.

Windsor Cottage | A private destination for beachfront cocktails, cuisine and socializing. Open only to Club at The Del and Beach Village guests this beach home away from home is the perfect place to enjoy a spectacular sunset over dinner.
Windsor Beach Club | Spend sun-soaked summer days lounging in a private members-only area with posh sofas and sand chairs styled by Room & Board. Best of all, Windsor Beach Club offers full food and beverage service all summer long.
Private Chef Dinners | For the ultimate in dining, hire a private chef to prepare a multi-course gourmet meal in your suite. You’ll marvel at the custom creations as you enjoy reserve wines and signature cocktails.

Beach Village’s Main Pool offers luxurious chaise lounges for relaxing poolside. Guests may also choose from the more secluded plunge pools scattered throughout the property. Enjoy a variety of onsite activities including live music, movies on the beach, yoga, running or biking, beach spinning, s'mores roasting, mermaid fitness, watersports and much more.

Relax on the sand in your complimentary Del Beach sand chairs and umbrellas. For a more luxurious experience, Beach Village guests may also reserve plush Del Beach daybeds and half-moon cabanettes.
