General Information

The 600-acre resort is a lush garden of tropical foliage bordering one of the island's best beaches. While the rooms' sensuous seclusion is ideal for relaxing, the property also offers snorkeling, scuba diving, tennis, sailing, jungle biking, "kool kayaking" and nature walks. Guests enjoy the casual, beachside bar and restaurant with its panoramic hillside terrace, candlelight dinners and romantic entertainment. Please be advised there are no elevators on this hillside property and no phones or TVs in rooms.

Room Details

49 individually designed rooms, 37 of which are scattered about a lush hillside, and 12 within a tropical garden at beach level. Standard and superior rooms have either clay or tropical hardwood floors, either glass or wooden jalousie louvre windows, ceiling fans and balconies, ensuite bathrooms with shower and toilet. Room amenities include hair dryer, ceiling fan, iron and ironing board and in-room safe. No elevators, phones or TV's in room.

Restaurants

Piti Piton Restaurant blends Caribbean cuisine with other world cuisine experiences.
is a small vegetarian restaurant operated at the Piti Piton Restaurant.
The Treehouse Restaraunt seats diners in an open-air area amidst treetops with dinner served daily
Trou au Diable Restaurant offers a wide choice of à la carte menu items in addition to a large buffet spread with hot and cold dishes.
Beach Grill offers light grilled fare near the water's edge in a casual setting.

Recreation

Swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, tennis, sunset sailing, jungle biking, “kool kayaking”, or a nature walk among the ruins of a colonial plantation. Bird watching tours and more information about bird watching on or 600 acre estate is available from our local expert Martyn Kenefick.

Beach

Please note that there are approximately 100 stairs leading from beach level to mid-hillside level, thus making the property unsuitable for those with walking difficulties or cardiac problems. A complimentary shuttle service from beachside to hillside level is provided any time it is requested.

Spa

Kai Belté Spa offers a wide range of massages, facials, body scrubs and wraps, manicures and pedicures, hair styling, and waxing.

Fitness

Yoga classes offered five days a week.
