Villa Description

All villas feature a living area, multi zoned air conditioning, a personal veranda facing the Caribbean for dining and relaxation, bath and pool towels, Turkish robes, hairdryers, iron with ironing board, luxury bath products, modern fully equipped kitchens, flat screen TV with cable channels, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, international telephone, safety deposit box and an umbrella.
Luxury Seafront Villa Suites offer approximately 1200 square foot of living space, marble flooring and fine custom Belizean wood cabinetry, and, like all Luxury Chabil Mar Villas, has a main bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom. One of these Villas is on the ground floor and the other is on the second floor. The ground floor Villa is a one-bedroom en-suite with grand master bedroom and custom four poster bed, while the second floor Villa includes two bedrooms and two baths and a grand living area. The second floor two bedroom Villa can be converted to a one-bed, one-bath Villa for two persons in exclusive Chabil Mar fashion.
Luxury Two-Story Seafront Villa boasts 2,000 square feet of luxury space. Situated directly on the beach, it can be rented as both a one-bedroom en-suite or two-bedroom two en-suite option. It features a classic custom-crafted Belizean wood spiral staircase from the first floor living room and dining/kitchen area to access the master bedroom suite and loft, which overlooks the living area below. This villa includes four distinctive verandas. Two are indoor fully-enclosed entertainment areas and lounge. The first floor indoor veranda is decorated with serving bar and dining area. The second floor indoor veranda overlooks the beach, with unobstructed views of the Caribbean. There are two open-air verandas, one on the first floor offering uninterrupted views of the Caribbean, with table and chairs for your enjoyment and the second, also overlooking the beach and Caribbean, accessed via the Master Bedroom.
