Room Details

Your Travaasa begins with two accommodation paths. Both unique. Both embracing an authentic sense of old Hawai'i. The Sea Ranch cottages, where guests age 16 and older are welcome, have sweeping views of the Pacific. The Garden View Suites are a wonderful way to experience all the beauty of Hana and have access to the rich amenities and services offered at Travaasa. The Sea Ranch Suites have spacious living areas with high ceilings and skylights, large bathrooms with enclosed private garden and spa. Units also have hardwood floors, stone counters, oversized furniture, ceiling fans, tiled baths with private gardens, original artwork, terry robes, hair dryer, telephone, coffee maker with beans/grinder, refrigerator, mini bar, and lanai. Units do not have TVs or radios.

Makana Activities Center; numerous classes from the Five Pillars of experiences: Adventure, Culture, Culinary, Fitness and Spa/Wellness – select from Yoga, Barre, Outdoor Circuit, nutrition offerings and many more;

All-Inclusive

In addition to accommodations at the Sea Ranch Cottages, all meals, snacks and non alcoholic beverages are included, as well as your choice of any 60 minute treatment from the award winning spa. Also included are all on-property activities as well as off property activities such as a coastal horseback ride. Or for really adventurous souls, try stand up paddling (Hoe he’e nalu).

Restaurants

Ka’uiki, Main Dining Room prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner with local, fresh ingrediants.
Paniolo Lounge offers lighter fare in a café setting.

Recreation

Makana Activities Center offerings – Choose from bicycle adventures, horseback riding, walking tours, stand up paddle board, ‘ukulele lessons, net throwing and much, much more. Daily use of sports equipment – snorkel gear, bicycles, tennis rackets. Enjoy the Garden Pool or unlimited access to the fitness room.

Beach

In front of Hana Bay, which is good for snorkeling, but not swimming. Approximately 5 minutes away (by shuttle) from Hamoa Beach, which is great for water sports.

Golf

The closest Golf course is Silversword, approximately 3 hours away, in Kihei off Highway 31.

Spa

Enjoy the incredible bounty of Hana is utilized, using its abundant plants, minerals and water to blend in teas and create natural body and face products and treatments. The wide variety of therapeutic services offered prepares guests to experience Hana more fully, thus restoring feelings of balance and wellness to body, mind, spirit and emotion.

Fitness

Two tennis courts on property, open sunrise to sunset, complimentary equipment is available. Wellness Center is open from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm daily and is equipped with stationary bicycles, stair masters, and multi-station weight machines and exercise classes are available.
