Ladera is located on the southern end of Saint Lucia, just outside the port town of Soufrière, approximately 40 minutes from Hewanorra International Airport. It sits on a forested ridge at 1,100 feet overlooking the volcanic Piton Mountains and the Caribbean Sea.

General Information

Once part of Rabot Estate, one of Soufrière's oldest cocoa plantations, this authentic and luxurious open-air hotel is surrounded by a lush hillside of mango trees. This ultimate rainforest hideaway with just 37 guestrooms and suites is situated at 1,000 feet above sea level. Each villa and guest suite has a private plunge pool was intentionally built without a fourth wall, allowing astounding views of the island's two volcanic Pitons and fishing village of Soufrière below the resort, while remaining safe and private.

The cooking renders stylish interpretations of traditional St. Lucian dishes, such as sweet potato and coconut soup, Caribbean lamb salad, roast conch with pickled vegetables served in a yam basket, Cajun Creole vegetable bakes, jerk poulet sausage, plantain gratin with coconut rum sauce and more.
