Nestled between the property’s private, eight acre vineyard and natural bushland, you’ll find 12 luxurious guest rooms and house. Spicers Vineyards is the perfect space for you to relax, unwind and enjoy the moment. Modern Australian yet regionally distinctive, the Restaurant Botanica menu is seasonal and fresh.

Room Details

All guestrooms feature a king size bed, fireplace, rain shower and separate spa bathtub, double vanity, an iron with ironing board, hairdryer, minibar, air conditioning, iPod dock, and a flat screen TV.
King Spa Rooms offer a spacious open plan bedroom and lounge space, a private ensuite with spa bathtub and open fireplace in the lounge. Ground floor King Spa Rooms feature French doors which open onto a large wrap around verandah with outdoor setting, while those on the first-floor boast sweeping views that take in the private vineyard and stretch beyond to the mountain backdrop.

Suite Details

Luxury Spa Suites feature separate lounge areas with bluestone fireplaces and the option of a private courtyard downstairs or a balcony on the ground level. Tastefully decorated in muted tones, these rooms feature all one could want.
The Vineyard’s House is the perfect place for those wanting a private luxury escape with friends or family with all the services of a retreat. The spacious self-contained house features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private outdoor pool and BBQ area. Additional features include four fireplaces throughout the house, a full kitchen and laundry facilities, two lounge spaces, and a wraparound verandah with outdoor setting.

Restaurants

Restaurant Botanica mixes modern Austalian dining with regionally distinctive style using fresh picked Hunter Valley ingredients. Dining at Restaurant Botanica begins with Head Chef Matt Bremerkamp’s belief that great chefs must be great gardeners. The menu delivers produce picked fresh that morning with seasonal dishes effortlessly matched with wines from the Hunter Valley – Australia’s oldest wine region.

Recreation

Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, life sized chess and checkers, vineyard strolls, wine tastings and picnics, hot air balloon and helicopter rides with stunning views of the Hunter Valley, and complimentary bike use.

Spa

Spa Anise at Spicers Vineyards Estate is an elegant day spa with two treatment rooms with private courtyards. The fully qualified therapists are on hand to ease the stress of life with a luxurious range of treatments including massages, pedicures, facials and full body treatments.
