Room Details

Thoughtfully spread among four floors, all rooms offer an ideal place to rest, recover and recharge between active sunny days and sophisticated social evenings. There are eight adjoining rooms total offering extra connectedness for close friends and families traveling together. All rooms feature king beds, sustainable wood floors and spacious bathrooms with a seasonal array of locally sourced amenities; most also boast private balconies with striking handmade Cuban style pressed tiles as a dreamy perch to sip morning coffee or watch the sun slip into the Pacific. Moderate Rooms range from 32 to 40 square meters. There are also three Corner Suites for those who wish to have more space and privacy with expanded views.

Restaurants

Santarena has several options for dining and imbibing in a variety of picturesque settings in addition to a “grab and go” all-day bakery and room service. Breakfast and lunch are offered in The Atrium, a relatively casual indoor-outdoor space just off the lobby; the dinner atmosphere shifts to a more sophisticated setting in the hotel’s signature restaurant.

Recreation

As one of Latin America’s most exciting natural playgrounds, nearly 1000 acres of protected forest interlaced with extensive hiking and biking trails also beckon just steps away from dawn to dusk. This world class ocean view single-track mountain bike trail system, more than 14 miles, make Las Catalinas the most prominent mountain biking destination in the American tropics.

Beach

Playa Danta, is also steps away and is a local favorite for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and snorkeling.
