304 guestrooms and suites with private balconies featuring marina and city skyline views and polished wood furnishings, fine fabrics and plush carpets. All rooms feature wireless internet access, two-line speaker phones with private voice mail, twice daily housekeeping service including nightly second service, fully stocked honor bar with refrigerator, plush terry bathrobes and slippers, umbrellas, 32-inch flat screen TV, full-size ironing board and iron, private "Juliet" balconies for guest rooms on the second through twelfth floorsand full balconies with lounge chairs on the first floor.
