Humo | At Humo, homage is paid to the Latin American grill with dishes, including chorizo and oysters, prepared over open flames and presented in a rustic, refined setting.

This distinct energy is celebrated at El Barrio where families are invited to explore the intricacies of Mexican cuisine, from street fare to fine dining, in a colorful, open-air setting.
X | At X, it’s a place of culinary riches. As if rising from the sand at the edge of the water, this adults-only lounge offers a relaxed setting for ceviche and cocktails where the menu that changes each day based on what local fishermen bring to shore.
Candil | At Candil, hand-blown glass artfully enveloped in wire is much like the agave plant; a tough exterior protecting the delicate treasure within. The ancient plant is the source of mezcal and tequila, of which the bar features more than 100 labels. Those, along with other Mexican spirits and local ingredients, are used to create bespoke cocktails including the Nauyaca, mixologist Hector Ramirez’s favorite and named for a viper found in his home state of Guerrero.

The lushly landscaped setting is an oasis amid the desert, blurring the border between indoors and out. Here, treatments are performed in secluded settings amid the rich foliage, body scrubs are created in the moment and from local ingredients and ancient rituals are used to cleanse the body and clear the mind.
