Guest Services

Each Concierge at The Plaza, a Fairmont Managed Hotel, is a member of the Les Clefs d’Or. Upon your arrival, a Butler will welcome you to the Plaza, provide information on the services they offer including unpacking of your luggage, maintaining the private bar in your suite, draw a bath using your choice of our complimentary bath salts, pearls or lotion, expedite your laundry and dry cleaning requests, complimentary shoe polishing and assisting with packing your luggage. Bell service, twice daily housekeeping, and business center, wedding and special event venues are available.

Restaurants

The Plaza Food Hall by Todd English on the Concourse Level is a European-inspired specialty Food Hall created in collaboration with acclaimed chef and restaurateur Todd English. Offering a diverse range of quality specialty foods and prepared dishes for take away or to enjoy in one of eight seating areas, including: Wine Bar, Cheese & Charcuterie Station, Sushi Bar, Burger Bar & Rotisserie, Asian Noodle and Dumpling Bar, Espresso & Tea Bar, Brick Oven Pizza, and a Fish and Seafood Grill.
The Palm Court has been lovingly restored to its original grandeur following a $6.5 million dollar renovation. Offering a traditional Afternoon Tea service and a Chef's Table at lunch.
Oak Room and Oak Bar a fabled New York landmark which brings old world glamour to the next generation.
The Rose Club offers a splash of contemporary style and spirit overlooking the Fifth Avenue Lobby. Live jazz performed a few nights a week and menu features an array of signature cocktails and a slect epicurean menu.
The Champagne Bar is the most exclusive of the Plaza's dining venue. Celebrate with the world's finest champganes, caviar and wines each evening and indulge in freshly baked pastries, light gourmet fare and specialty coffees during the day.

Kids Program

Long the enchanted playground of Eloise, The Plaza’s red-carpeted entrances, delightful Palm Court teas and scrumptious pastries continue to bring smiles and laughter to our littlest guests. Attractions for children include Eloise at teh Plaza and Eloise Tricycle Garage. In addition, there is an Eliose Suite and an Eloise Children's Menu.
