The Residences at Waikiki Beach Tower is located on Kalakua Avenue in the northeast section of Waikiki 9 miles from Honolulu International Airport. It is a 5 minute walk from the International Marketplace and a 10-minute walk to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. It is 12 miles to Pearl Harbor and 4 miles to downtown Honolulu.

Each residence includes new flooring throughout; mango wood accents; island-living furniture; chef-inspired kitchens; and 4- and 5-piece, spa-like master bathrooms.

One- and two-bedroom units with Partial Oceanviews or Oceanfront. Rooms have a full kitchen, air conditioning, microwave, ice maker, high-speed Internet access, cable TV, washer and dryer, safe, rice cooker, hair dryer, clock radio, wet bar and large lanai's. VCR, iron and ironing board on request.
