California, Lake Tahoe | I have been to Tahoe a number of times and have checked out a lot of the local sites. This year, my friend introduced me to the Tallac Historic Site located on the lake just past Camp Richardson in South Tahoe. It was so cool. It is a beautiful location, we enjoyed a nice walk and we learned interesting facts along the way. It's comprised of the Baldwin Estate, the Pope Estate and Valhalla and you can stroll through the gardens, visit the Museum, view a Vintage Clothing Exhibit and watch a Blacksmith in action. ~ Lauri Huffman, Operations and Support Manager
