In Ocho Rios on a 700 foot private beach. 68 miles from Sangster International Airport and two miles from downtown Ocho Rios.

General Information

The small, elegantly timeless family-owned resort opened its doors in 1950 and features 47 beautifully appointed guest suites with balconies overlooking the beach, the Caribbean or both. Designed for relaxation there are no TVs, radios, or clocks to intrude between guests and rest.
Children ages ten years and older are welcome during low season, 12 and older during high season.

Room Details

Each suite has a private balcony or large veranda overlooking the water. Balconies and verandas come complete with a full sized sofa, wing chair, breakfast table, writing desk and coffee table. The property's suites are equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and your choice of king or twin beds. Designed for relaxation, there are no TV's, radios or clocks.

Clearwater Villa is perched on a bluff overlooking the Caribbean Sea and surrounded by alluring gardens, offering an exquisite Jamaican villa experience. Three bedrooms in two separate cottages, a private swimming pool, and a walkway to the sea, you'll enjoy ultimate privacy.

Restaurants

Breakfast can be enjoyed on the Restaurant Terrace or on the Verandah of each suite.
Lunch is served at the Seaside Restaurant, on the Beach or in your Suite.
Dinner at the Jamaica Inn, menu changes nightly.
Every Saturday night is the infamous Lobster night and live band.

Recreation

On-property croquet, swimming pool, snorkelling, kayaks and sunfish sailing are complimentary. Windsurfing, sailing and diving facilities available nearby at an additional charge.

Golf

Upton Golf and Country Club is two miles from Ocho Rios, amongst verdant hills, 700 feet above sea level. The course is par 71, 6600 yards and can supply rental equipment.

Spa

KiYara Ocean Spa, offering a variety of massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures.

Fitness

Exercise room features a stair climber, stationary bicycle, treadmill and free weights and offers Yoga and Pilates classes.
