Villa Description

Villa Suites are perfect for those who prefer to have more room, unobstructed ocean views and total privacy. These suites feature additional seclusion, larger terraces, and prime locations on the hillside overlooking the Guanacaste coast and Catalinas Islands.

Sentido Norte, a restaurant and bar at Casa Chameleon Las Catalinas, proudly offers the best of Coastal Costa Rican cuisine. All food & drink is inspired by the country’s bountiful abundance, combining uniquely local and native ingredients in the glass and on the plate. Guests can enjoy creative and traditional dishes made with local products such as cashews, chayote, peach palm, avocado, panama peppers, hearts of palm, plantain, coconut, chicken, pork, and of course wonderful seafood from just off the shores.
Breakfast includes smoothie options (from raw to fermented to sprouted and beyond) as well as juices, activated nuts, soaked oats, local coconut oil, and grain-free granola, as well as salad, eggs, avocado, meat, and toast. The All Day menu offers everything from a Buddha bowl to a big local salad to juices to collard green veggie wraps with avocado and activated seeds.
For dinner, eat the best of local ocean- and farm-to-table cuisine at the open-air cliffside restaurant overlooking the ocean and sunset view. With seating for 40 and the adults-only policy, it is an intimate and incredible setting to experience the taste of Costa Rica.
