Codex | Codex sits on a secluded area of the edge of the resort and offers patrons a high-end, sophisticated dining experience in a relaxed context. The restaurant is on the beach edge so guests will enjoy the incredible views of the ocean and surrounded by mangroves. The menu at Codex emphasis is placed on long-lost techniques, old ingredients not often used today, and recipes that live on in faded books and codified manuscripts. The restaurant is dedicated to study and research as it is to culinary excellence.
All Day Kitchen | All Day Kitchen is a comfortable restaurant with an indoor space and outdoor terrace showcasing classic Mexican cooking in a rich layered environment. At breakfast, guests are greeted by a buffet that combines regional dishes and American staples. In the evenings the restaurant evolves into a contemporary exploration of Mexican ingredients and techniques all linked by their bold flavors and stunning Presentations. An offshoot of the all-day restaurant, the mezcal and tequila barrel tasting room provides an intimate environment to taste Mexico's most famous spirit.
Beach Grill & Bar | The Beach Grill opens at sunrise, offering an alternative place for guests to enjoy à la carte breakfast. Light breakfast dishes with both American and regional Mexican influence on the water's edge. At lunch and dinner, the menu features dishes linked by simple flavors, seasonally available ingredients and well-executed specialties from the grill. Sensations of char and smoke can be seen throughout the menu.
Market & Café | Located just off the lobby, the Market & Café has a strong espresso program with specialty coffees and specialty coffees, a rotating selection of ice creams, sorbets made in house and a large selection of grab & go delicacies.
Pool Grill | The Pool Grill is the resort's hub and buzzing center of energy. A fun and whimsical menu feature classic outdoor American and Mexican grilled staples with options for both parents and children. Tuki | Joyously bright and colorful, the striking lobby bar and lounge borrow its name from the word ¨temple¨ in the indigenous Huichol language.
